Freckle by Renaissance (https://classroom.freckle.com/login) is an online adaptive and differentiated learning platform that families, educators, schools, and districts can use to help students grow in their learning! Freckle is visually friendly to the eye, and a super easy website to navigate around. Personally, I enjoyed looking around the Freckle website because it had so many eye-catching colors and images. Freckle by Renaissance was made to empower teachers to meet the needs of every student.

Freckle offers subjects in ELA, Math, Science and Social Studies that are aligned to standards from grades K-12. With Freckle, teachers can know each of their student's level across the subjects, and administrators can get an in-depth view of how the school and classroom are performing. Freckle offers two plans: The free plan and the premium plan. With Freckle's free plan, teachers are able to set up their classroom, students are given unlimited practice tries, teachers are able to set a limited number of assignments and access printables per week, and teachers are able to track student growth. With Freckle's paid plan, there are no limit on assignments, lessons plans are available, administrators are able to see data and get insight to accelerate learning and support district-level initiatives and goals. 

Freckle is not only a great tool and resource for teachers and administrators, but students as well! With Freckle, students are given tools such as an audio button to help in reading and receive immediate feedback on their work. students are able to earn rewards known as coins every time they get an answer correct. These coins then can be used to purchase items in the Freckle store to apply towards their Freckle Avatar. When a student gets a question wrong, students are able to receive feedback with a hint that is example of the question they got wrong.  Freckle was so easy for me to navigate as teacher, and another plus is that it is pleasing to the eye, so others won't feel overwhelmed when going through the site.
