Seesaw is an online learning app that is user friendly for teachers, students, and families! Seesaw is easy to navigate, visually appealing, and manageable. Seesaw offers different modes of sign-in for teachers, students, and families to use.
Seesaw has a plethora of literacy activities that are aligned to standards and curriculums and focuses on skills from comprehension, phonics, writing, phonemic awareness, vocabulary, and so much more. Seesaw also provides other subjects and goes across all grade-levels, as well.
With Seesaw, you are able to pull your students from your Google Classroom and create a class roster.Seesaw also provides many tools for students to use when doing online work such as an audio button to record yourself explaining something, a link tab to upload writings/drawings/work done physically, keeps a journal for each students work, and assigns work individually or as a whole class.
Using Seesaw, you are able to track your students progress, keep a class and individual journal of each students work, and even send messages and notifications to students and families.
