Splash Learn
On Splash Learn teachers and parents can customize their lessons by
choosing from a library of curriculum assignments. There is a calendar that you
can set up reminders on how often you would like your child to get on an
practice these skills. You can then create an assignment of your own. You can
differentiate learning for students at various levels and assign them
individual work. There is also a tab that allows you to create assessments that
align with the lesson that you chose from the library. You can also group students
into small groups and assign fun and exciting games to reinforce skills.
Once you enter the site as a parent, you can set up your
child’s profile such as grade level. It will also ask you information on your
child’s reading level such as if your child can identify sight words and read
simple CVC words. You can then customize their learning profile specific to
skills that need reinforcement. Once you are complete, your child can begin
choosing games.
I discovered a bunch of fun and exciting games on a website
that covers everything from sight words to rhyming words, read-aloud, and
spelling games. What's great about this website offers a variety of apps and
games that cater to each student's specific learning needs. The best part? It's
super easy to navigate, making learning enjoyable and engaging. I've found it
to be a one-stop shop for enhancing literacy skills. This website makes
learning a blast, all while focusing on the areas where each student can grow
and improve.
